Job Description
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal engineering teams.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal product configurations and solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, quotations, and submittals to support sales efforts.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and application guidance.
- Conduct application reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution accuracy.
- Support project execution, including municipal and industrial project coordination through commissioning.
- Assist with field activities such as installation support, startup, and customer training as needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product applications and industry requirements.
- Participate in trade shows and contribute to technical documentation and product development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of experience in an electro-mechanical or industrial engineering environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with application engineering experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting customers, sales teams, or field applications.
- Knowledge of industrial process environments (water/wastewater, utilities, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Engineering or Engineering Technology degree required (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
