Position Overview

The ASSOC. SERVICE SPECIALIST - REGIONAL DEPLOYMENT TEAM plays a critical role in revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry’s approach to physician engagement. Working within an entrepreneurial, merit-based environment at HCP Concierge, you will serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals while managing both a headquarter territory and providing coverage for vacant territories. This role requires extensive travel, flexibility to deploy on short notice, and a consultative, service-oriented sales approach. Please note that an intensive training process, including virtual sessions and an in-person training in Philadelphia (at our expense), will kick off your journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business objectives and serve as the primary contact for HCPs.
  • Operate ethically and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in regular training and obtain necessary certifications (both written and verbal).
  • Manage your territory by calling on a range of healthcare professionals at physician offices.
  • Distribute and manage pharmaceutical resources within provided guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth market knowledge and customer relationships.
  • Achieve call plans and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute customer call plans and follow-up on requests while maintaining accurate reporting.
  • Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Must reside locally/within the assigned territory.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Proficiency with technology for business purposes.

  • Base Salary: $48,000 per year
