Required Qualifications
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential & incentives for performance.
- Decisive self-starter able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, outgoing, friendly, and results-oriented.
- A strong work ethic with urgency, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and other online resources.
- Experience recruiting RN’s, BSN’s, NP’s, LVN’s, LPN’s, CRNA’s (all levels), MD’s/Doctors/Surgeons/Anesthesiologist’s, Occupational/Physical/Speech-Language Therapists, Pharmacists (Clinical & Retail), Phlebotomists, and operations roles in Admin, HR, Billing, Customer Service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly minimum guaranteed income of $4,707.10 plus monthly commissions with limitless earning potential. Last year’s top producer earned over a million dollars.
