Job Summary: Store Sales Manager. As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for breathing life into the Starbucks Experience, steering store functions, constructing proficient teams, and offering exceptional client assistance, all while guiding personal growth and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the operational tasks of the store on a daily basis to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Expand the business into a multi-million-dollar enterprise through adept financial administration, troubleshooting skills, and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and support a team of staff to achieve superior performance, commitment, and advancement.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company, promoting a warm and accommodating environment for both partners and customers.
  • Enhance community engagement by forging strong connections between the store and the local neighborhood.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: A background of three years in overseeing retail or customer service functions, or four or more years dedicated to military service in the United States.
  • Education: Successful completion of high school or a General Educational Development (GED) program is a prerequisite.
  • Established track record of effective leadership and fostering team growth.
  • Effective in navigating relationships, managing tasks, and resolving issues.
  • Direct involvement in a sales-centric or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Schedule: Flexibility in availability for work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
