Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Position Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. In this role, you will drive an established route, service and sell uniforms, towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. This is a physical, fast-paced indoor/outdoor position where you act as the face of Cintas for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards while proactively addressing customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification and provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service experience.
• Strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, and a team spirit with excellent organization skills.
