Our client is actively searching for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative digital team in Cincinnati, Ohio, US. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and visual design of our client's digital products, including websites, applications, and software interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities include conducting user interviews and usability testing, creating user personas and journey maps, developing interactive prototypes, and defining visual design systems and style guides. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, current design trends, and accessibility standards is essential. You will be expected to advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that all products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and easy to navigate.
