The Role
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to oversee our Data Analytics and ML Models, ensuring they deliver the insights we need to achieve our lofty objectives. We want you to ascertain we have the right data (including from alternative sources), and then productionalize the models.
If you have experience with geospatial data, real estate data / Prop Tech, financial data, and/or have worked at companies that use lines of credit and build underwriting models, you'll do well here.
What You Bring
- Experience building ML models and deploying them into production.
- Creativity in sourcing the right data sets that align with objectives.
- Experience with alternative data sets, e.g., geospatial data.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical reasoning to any audience.
- A mission-driven mindset—you want your work to have a real-world impact.
- Preference for an in-office culture. We work on-site 5 days a week to build together and challenge each other daily.
- Ideally, experience in industries such as Prop Tech, Fin Tech, Financial Services, or Insurance.
