Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients at Northwell Health.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Follow established care plans and assist in implementing interventions as directed by the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing quality care and improving patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Act as a positive role model and promote a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and overall patient experience.
• Comply with all Northwell Health policies and procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain current certifications as required.
• Uphold the values and mission of Northwell Health in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
