Position Overview
BD, one of the largest global medical technology companies, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with people leaders and managers to deliver strategic HR guidance, drive talent initiatives, and implement process improvements for the Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business. This role also provides crucial on-site support at the DS Sparks, Maryland headquarters and integrates HR analytics to enhance the associate experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Partner (50%): Partner with people leaders and managers to understand organizational goals, provide HR solutions, identify people-related issues, and implement strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Site Support (25%): Deliver associate onboarding and orientation, provide on-site HR support ensuring compliance with company policies, and serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and escalation.
- HR Analytics & Process Optimization (25%): Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, and deliver monthly performance analysis against the Org Health Dashboard and key business KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, including supporting client groups
- Analytics and reporting experience is strongly preferred
