Position Overview

LV Collective is seeking a content marketing enthusiast who excels at writing, editing, and SEO optimization. In this role you will drive digital content strategy—interviewing experts, producing compelling web content, and leveraging emerging AI trends—to expand our digital footprint, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing across digital channels.
  • Evaluate and measure content marketing campaign success, using data to recommend improvements.
  • Create fresh content for the learning center and website to drive traffic and email sign-ups.
  • Manage and develop targeted marketing and sales lists.
  • Write copy for marketing collateral including web pages, case studies, presentations, and more.
  • Proofread and copy-edit diverse marketing materials for clarity, tone, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance, including blog posts and case studies.
  • Support inbound marketing strategies such as lead scoring, email campaigns, and progressive profiling.
  • Develop content strategy including pillar campaigns and creation of client personas.
  • Leverage AI-assisted content workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, custom GPTs) to boost efficiency and consistency while upholding brand standards.
  • Guide intern content contributors by providing feedback and structure within established workflows.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and search landscape changes, optimizing content for both traditional SEO and emerging generative search experiences.
  • Research, report, and analyze SEO performance data, tracking key metrics like sessions, bounces, and conversions.
  • Continuously test, refine, and adjust strategies to create standout, high-performing content.
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned, including occasional weekend or late shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation and SEO optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of grammar and spelling.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as part of content creation or optimization workflows.
  • Ability to work within evolving systems and contribute to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for keeping ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in SEO and AI technology.
  • Curiosity about how AI is changing search, content discovery, and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI and its impact on content marketing and search rankings.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content workflows.
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for helping others learn and adopt new tools or processes.
