Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Science.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and technically inquisitive with proven project work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Software Programming Roles: Proficiency in Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++; experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning Roles: Knowledge of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Experience in NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, or Time Series Analysis.
• Hands-on technical and industry project work at client sites.
