Job Description

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content deliverables (original text, images, or video) that build meaningful connections and that encourage users to take action.
Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification, and understanding of client goals.
Ability to create attractive social media templates based on brand guidelines, client feedback, and current trends using apps such as Canva.
Create and manage content calendars / syndication schedules for clients.
Continuously improve results by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Generate reports for clients that detail the progress of their campaigns.

Proven working experience in a social media marketer role.
Excellent writing, graphic design (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills are a must.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar apps.
Experience with Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook is a must, with proven ability to gain followers and generate engagement on these platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Knowledge of online marketing trends and a solid understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail- and customer-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
Education: BS in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Design, or similar.
