We are hiring a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing Decera Clinical Insights team! In this pivotal role within the Marketing/Engagement team, you will assist in developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies designed to drive high-quality engagement among healthcare professionals across our digital/enduring and live programs as well as insights-driven activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and manage deliverables and outcomes of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing HCP engagement across live programs and insights-driven activities.
- Identify and recruit specific HCPs for virtual and in-person events by leveraging multiple databases and NPI matching (list matching).
- Query diverse databases to optimize target list match success rate effectively.
- Create comprehensive marketing campaigns that utilize marketing automation and omnichannel tactics to engage target audiences.
- Design and optimize email campaigns and landing pages to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Manage trackers and analyze data to derive actionable insights and continuously improve marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop HCP marketing materials and campaign assets that drive measurable engagement for sponsored content. Ensure compliance with MLR regulations, including materials reviews and approval processes.
- Provide exemplary service pre- and post-campaign to meet contractual obligations by monitoring program performance.
- Meet all marketing goals efficiently and cost-effectively, driving high-quality HCP engagement.
- Proactively communicate marketing strategy and performance progress with key stakeholders, providing progress reports and troubleshooting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of 2+ years in crafting highly effective marketing campaigns, including copywriting, email production/automation, and landing page development, with a demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results and implement robust tracking systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for list matching, database querying, marketing analytics, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and organized; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at leading and collaborating with teams, vendors, and management.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making, with the ability to present information persuasively to stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and insights, and a proactive approach toward troubleshooting and escalation when needed.
- Self-starter, enthusiastic about achieving significant growth goals within a rapidly evolving market landscape.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably with startup exposure where adaptability is essential.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or familiarity with MLR compliance is advantageous.
- GA and marketing automation certifications are highly desirable; Marketo experience is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization platforms; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
