Minnesota Licensed Senior Structural Engineer

Responsible for leading structural design efforts on industrial projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts, including research, system selection, and preparation of engineering drawings
• Mentor and guide entry and mid-level engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve structural issues and maintain project alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: in structural, civil, or architectural engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Current Professional Engineer License: (PE) is required
• Experience: At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with 3 years in industrial or manufacturing markets
• Modular structural design: Experience with modular structural design and leading teams of engineers/designers
• Proficiency: Proficient in engineering software such as CSi SAP2000, SAFE, and RISA Suite, as well as BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD
