Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute influencer campaigns that align with overall brand messaging and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for future partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging influencers to ensure a fresh and relevant approach to influencer marketing.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and timely communication.
  • Work closely with the social media team to integrate influencer content into the brand's social media channels.
  • Create and maintain a database of influencers, including contact information, past partnerships, and insights.
  • Coordinate and execute influencer events, activations, and collaborations.
  • Monitor influencer mentions and engagement on social media and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent Urban Outfitters at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to leverage influencer partnerships for press opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing efforts to the marketing team and upper management.
  • Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to incorporate influencer marketing into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and values.
