Job Description

Position Overview

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Retail Service Representative who will perfect our customer experience in upgrading homes. As a canvasser, you will generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door campaigning while maintaining accurate data records in your assigned territory. This role offers uncapped commission in addition to a base pay that starts at $20 an hour and is influenced by work experience, education, and other factors – with successful candidates expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vigorously generate leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing within the assigned territory.
  • Transport yourself to your territory and represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost professionalism and proper uniform, including required municipality permits.
  • Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house data.
  • Attend company meetings and proactively share ideas to enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
  • Master company methodology, product offerings, and current promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 21 to be covered under the company driving insurance policy.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate assigned territory.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets effectively.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles a day.
