Entry Level Recruiter​/Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview candidates
• Partner with your Account Manager to pinpoint top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform various customer service-related activities
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales-focused experience
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

• Base Salary:$64,350.00 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period
• Salary Increase:Upon one year of employment, a raise to $65,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company-funded investment plan)

• Projected Recruiter Earnings:Year 1: $69,000; Year 2: $90,000; Year 3: $112,000
