Job Description

Position Overview

Indotronix is seeking an Electrical Engineer Associate in Gahanna, OH for a 12‐month entry-level assignment. This role is ideal for Bachelor’s degree graduates in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with the client providing comprehensive training. As a Distribution Engineer, you will support the engineering and oversight of electric power system facilities—from the distribution substation to the customer’s meter—ensuring reliable power distribution and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer and oversee electric distribution systems, ensuring proper operation from substations to customer meters.
  • Perform load flow analysis, coordination studies, and develop circuit reliability and improvement strategies.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, storm assessments, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Support design and analysis of electric distribution infrastructure to meet current and future demands.
  • Collaborate with higher-level engineers on technical analyses, project planning, and report preparation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Entry-level knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and fundamental analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow guidance from senior engineers.
