Position Overview

As a dynamic Video Producer / Writer / Shooter / Editor at Entertainment & Media Group in Nashville, TN, you will create high-impact video content for web, mobile, social, and OTT platforms. You will work hands‐on—shooting live events, artist interviews, behind‑the‑scenes footage, and more—while managing the complete post‑production process in‑house to produce content with a sharp, cinematic, and bold rock‑driven aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and execute a continuous slate of engaging content.
• Produce, write, and shoot diverse video content including events, performances, interviews, promos, and lifestyle shows.
• Edit raw footage into fully finished pieces and shows while maintaining a cinematic and bold storytelling style.
• Coordinate with the Entertainment Group’s Media Manager to organize footage, manage media assets, and oversee post‑production workflows from ingest to delivery.
• Ensure all content consistently aligns with the company’s signature tone, visual style, and storytelling goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience shooting and editing video in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Proficient in camera operations—including DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras—with solid knowledge of basic lighting and audio techniques.
• Strong editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop is a plus).
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and music-driven content.
• A deep passion for music and culture, with the ability to adapt to both high-energy concert environments and intimate interview settings.
• Must reside in or near Nashville, TN.
