Position Overview
EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity. As part of the DISH Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape our employer brand and marketing strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, employer brand, marketing, and business leaders to attract, engage, and inspire top talent. Reporting directly to the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager and working at our global headquarters in south Denver, Colorado, you will play a vital role in building a brand from the ground up.
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Design, manage, and execute end-to-end talent attraction programs.
- Plan and support multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Organize and support hiring events by crafting customized brand messaging, creating invitations, facilitating logistics, and organizing panels.
- Monitor event attendance and application flow while suggesting creative ways to increase candidate interest.
- Analyze and report on program effectiveness and prepare reports to keep leaders informed of outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience on a marketing, brand, event, talent acquisition, employee experience, or communications team; recruitment marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools, with proven experience building marketing campaigns—from tactics to execution and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing events, particularly within the talent acquisition space.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for visual and brand consistency.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and present insights to leadership.
