Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Location: In person
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, 40 hours/week

Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 1-2 years of customer service experience with a knack for problem-solving
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- A typing speed of at least 30 WPM with top-notch grammar
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
- A talent for simplifying complex information
