Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting – one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S. – is seeking a Market Manager for its Denver, Colorado area operations. In this key role, you will oversee the local team while actively participating in sales and recruitment efforts through both virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring our finance and accounting staffing solutions drive remarkable experiences for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the local team in the Denver market.
  • Engage in full-cycle recruiting and outbound sales efforts.
  • Promote finance and accounting staffing solutions via video and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to create remarkable experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in the greater Denver, Colorado area.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a business development and outbound sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences that align with a values-driven culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance or accounting industry experience.
  • Previous staffing industry or recruitment experience.
