- Ensure all solutions align with compliance standards and audit requirements.
- Build and deploy AI/ML business solutions (LLMs, agents) and workflows using N8N or similar tools for cash flow forecasting, FX modeling/trading, operational audits, and risk management.
- Drive AI and automation adoption by creating training programs and documentation for finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to integrate enterprise AI tools into existing systems and processes.
- Leverage Tableau, Power BI, and other self-service reporting tools to visualize insights and track automation impact.
Foreign Currency & Capital Markets
- Oversee cash flow and balance sheet hedging programs.
- Assess FX risks in a portfolio framework and identify currency pairs for risk reduction, determining optimum hedging products based on objectives and market pricing.
- Conduct monthly reviews of exposures, hedging effectiveness, and trade execution.
- Support trade settlement, operations, and accounting functions.
- Assist with executing FX trades and act as a backup when the primary trader is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MS strongly preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML models in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Python or Rust; experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.
- Experience in AI automation and workflow development using N8N or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and context-aware orchestration (e.g., MCP).
- Strong business acumen in Treasury and/or finance, with the ability to translate technical solutions into operational improvements.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial data structures.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for self-service reporting and visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
