Consumer Electronics Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site evaluation of damaged electronics from insurance claims (fire, water, lightning, etc.).
• Inventory, remove, and transport electronic items and appliances from insured locations.
• Disassemble and evaluate electronic items to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired.
• Test, clean, restore, and reassemble electronic items to their pre-loss condition.
• Deliver and reinstall appliances and consumer electronics at insured locations.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills; provide "white glove" service for our clients.
• Strong multi-tasking ability, prioritization skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Consistently exhibit empathy and compassion in client interactions.
• Comfortable working on-site in post-peril environments (fire, floods, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds during pick-up and delivery activities.
