Position Overview

The Finance Division is searching for curious and creative individuals to join our two‐year rotational Finance Analyst Program. This program provides real-world training, mentorship, and opportunities to work alongside senior leadership at a marketplace-leading institution.

During your rotations, you will gain exposure across various finance areas while supporting key business decisions that directly impact our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support accounting activities related to closing the books and producing accurate GAAP financial statements.
  • Develop business understanding by reporting on and analyzing data.
  • Assist in preparing unbiased financial reports on business performance for internal management.
  • Gain exposure to specialized areas within the Finance Division and broader organization.
  • Solve complex business problems and implement viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute projects, share knowledge, and build strong relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Availability to begin full-time employment in the January or June 2026 cohorts.
  • Graduation no more than 18 months prior to the start date.
  • Willingness and ability to work beyond core business hours or on weekends when needed.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP; familiarity with secondary mortgage markets and fixed income/derivative and mortgage securities is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal abilities.
