Position Overview

A leading utility development firm in Denver is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations and maintain employee records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and upholding compliance. Compensation: $24.00–$28.84 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Support recruitment efforts and candidate communications.
  • Aid in managing and updating compliance documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support in the HR department.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
