We're seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our Field Outreach Team and connect directly with homeowners who may need assistance with their property.

Position Overview

As a Field Outreach Representative, your role will be to personally visit local homeowners, introduce our services, and offer help to those who may benefit from selling their home. Through simple, respectful conversations, you'll help homeowners explore options to solve any issues related to their property -- whether it's repairs, finances, or timelines. You'll be door knocking assigned addresses each day and setting up opportunities for deeper conversations with our acquisitions team. You are not selling anything at the door -- your focus is creating an initial connection and providing information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knock on doors and visit homeowners from provided daily/weekly lists.
  • Have friendly, natural conversations to introduce our services.
  • Offer simple solutions for common property-related challenges.
  • Leave informational materials when homeowners aren't home.
  • Record visit outcomes and homeowner interest accurately.
  • Help schedule follow-up appointments for our acquisitions team.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications

  • No real estate experience necessary (full training provided)
  • Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face.
  • Positive, patient, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Self-driven and highly dependable.
  • Smartphone with GPS and basic reporting capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
