    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Strong communication and customer service abilities</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus</li>
