Position Overview

Results Repeat is a dynamic, women-led digital marketing agency dedicated to empowering businesses for over a decade. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to support our SEO and Paid Advertising Account Managers in executing recurring deliverables, optimizing campaigns, and generating performance reports. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in executing monthly deliverables for assigned client accounts.
  • Implement campaign tasks such as on-page updates, metadata adjustments, content formatting, keyword research, and technical audits.
  • Support ad creation, keyword builds, negative keyword strategies, bid adjustments, and detailed reporting.
  • Prepare, quality check, and update Looker Studio dashboards and client reports with precise data.
  • Monitor campaign performance through GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and SEO tools like SEMrush and Search Console.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in crafting and scheduling GBP posts, blog drafts, or social media content when necessary.
  • Utilize Teamwork for time tracking and maintain organization across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO and PPC, and leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical basics.
  • Foundational knowledge of paid advertising across PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager) with a desire to expand expertise.
  • Comfortable working with GA4, GTM, Google Looker Studio, and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive collaboration with team members.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools, workflows, and strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, HTML, or schema markup.
  • Experience in creating or scheduling GBP posts, blogs, or social media content.
  • Interest in AI-powered search and tools like ChatGPT for research, content drafts, and analysis.
