Job Description

Position Overview

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is offering an exciting Entry-Level Training Program that provides hands-on experience across Entertainment, Media, Brands and Sports. In this role, you will participate in three rotations – Reception, Mailroom, and Floating Assistant – in our Los Angeles, Nashville, or New York offices, gaining exposure to the inner workings of a leading global agency while developing both hard and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception:
    • Welcome all visiting clients, colleagues, and guests, providing white glove service
    • Answer incoming calls and transfer callers to the appropriate parties, acting as the voice of CAA
    • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms across multiple locations
    • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee records and information
    • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and uphold CAA standards at all times
  • Mailroom:
    • Perform internal and external mail/messenger activities including sorting, tracking, and delivering
    • Setup and breakdown conference rooms and event spaces for meetings and company events
    • Operate mailing, copying, binding, and fax equipment
    • Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned
    • Maintain confidentiality and foster relationships while upholding CAA standards
  • Floating Assistant:
    • Provide interim coverage for Assistants, supporting Agents and Executives
    • Handle administrative duties including heavy phone work, meeting coordination, expense reports, and correspondence
    • Assist with special projects and additional work as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and foster strong, professional relationships while ensuring CAA standards

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College is preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for Entertainment, Media, Brands and/or Sports
  • Desire to grow within the Entertainment, Media, Brands and Sports industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong networking and communication skills with an exceptional phone demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A collaborative team player who is detail-oriented and extremely organized

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation:Base hourly rate of $20 - $20.50/hr (may vary based on experience and other factors)
