Position Overview

GC America is expanding! As demand for our innovative dental solutions continues to rise, we’re growing our sales team to better support dental professionals across the country. This is a great opportunity to join a trusted industry leader and make a real impact on oral health care. TheField Sales Representative (FSR)will execute approved sales programs to achieve or exceed GC products’ sales objectives, maintain current customers, and develop new business under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop district quarterly activity plans that align with corporate expectations and adjust based on business changes.
  • Sell GC products to major accounts by maintaining existing relationships and developing new business channels.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and analyze monthly sales reports to assess areas for improvement.
  • Assist dealers with planning, scheduling, implementing, and following up on advertising and merchandising programs; provide training for dealer partner sales personnel as needed.
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including updating customer databases and submitting reports in a timely manner.
  • Travel:Approximately 30% overnight travel is required within the Atlanta territory, with the expectation that the Sales Representative resides in the territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to manage large geographical sales territories which may require overnight stays and visits to dental offices, laboratories, and dealer partner offices.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen and address customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and networking.
  • Confidence and persistence to succeed in cold-calling and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills to clearly convey product benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
