Key Responsibilities
- Develop and direct integrated campaigns that build brand and drive commercial value.
- Ensure alignment across Sector, Service Line, Industry, Area, and go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to support EY’s Managed Services growth ambitions.
Required Qualifications
- 12-plus years of experience in marketing and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentations and influencing techniques.
- Strong project management, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for diverse audiences.
- Proven capacity to interact professionally with all levels of leadership.
- Solid understanding of environmental factors affecting the firm and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving a content portfolio behind strategic touch points and relationship-building initiatives.
- Adept at knowledge-sharing and creating engaging, sticky marketing programs.
- Demonstrated strength in managing medium to large, complex projects.
