Financial Analyst I (8a-5p) Hybrid Remote, Corp Finance, Johnson City, TN

Position Overview

Position is responsible for assigned roles relating to financial reporting and analysis. Works closely with Accounting and Finance departments to develop budgets, review variances, and conduct month-end close. Provides reporting support to assigned departments and service lines while demonstrating excellent problem solving, analytical skills, critical thinking, and good communication. Must possess strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications and systems. Location: Ballad Health Corporate.

Work Requirements: Shift: Day; On Call: No; Weekends: No; Travel: Local Travel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and fostering positive customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years' experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
