Position Overview

Waverly Staging + Design is a luxury home staging and interior design firm transforming high-end properties, luxury rentals, and real estate listings into market‐ready showpieces. Serving celebrity clients, C-suite executives, and high-net-worth buyers, we help properties sell and rent faster for top dollar. Based in New York, NY with a hybrid work model (monthly on-site staging days required), we are seeking a creative, strategic, and design‐savvy Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our rebranding and online growth strategy.

In this role you’ll leverage photography and editing skills and your eye for luxury design to produce engaging, on‐brand content for Instagram and LinkedIn while managing daily engagement and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create three posts per week across Instagram and LinkedIn (educational, promotional, and inspirational).
  • Develop and submit a weekly content calendar with posts, captions, and hashtags for approval.
  • Curate an aesthetically cohesive Instagram grid with consistent brand colors, fonts, and a luxury appeal.
  • Create and post one or more sets of Instagram Stories per week.
  • Attend monthly on-site staging days to photograph and film behind-the-scenes content, unboxings, and installs (minimum 8 high-quality video clips per month).
  • Edit photos and videos to a professional standard ensuring content matches our brand aesthetic.
  • Perform daily engagement by following like-minded accounts, liking posts/Stories, and commenting on 15 relevant posts per day.
  • Respond promptly to direct messages and comments and cross-post to LinkedIn to expand our professional network.
  • Send 10 approved outreach messages per week to potential clients via LinkedIn and conduct influencer/industry partner outreach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics while suggesting strategic improvements aligned with luxury real estate and interior design trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media for staging, interior design, or luxury real estate brands.
  • Strong photography and editing skills for both photo and video content.
  • Experience with brand development or rebranding projects.
  • Skilled in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
  • Proficient in Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and demonstrated success in audience engagement.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of meeting weekly and monthly targets.
