As an Emerging Accounts, Account Executive, you will work with multi‑location prospects, guiding them through the full sales cycle—from outreach to close—with a strategic, high‑energy approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect within a dedicated list of new business accounts that align with Yelp's advertising solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a strong handoff to Client Partner teams.
  • Map new client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts, especially key decision-makers.
  • Align prospective clients' business objectives and challenges with Yelp's proven advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop cohesive local strategies using Branding & Conversion products, Local Search campaigns, and customer engagement tools.
  • Identify marketing budgets dedicated to driving in‑store sales and digital conversions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in a new business B2B sales position selling to mid‑market, regional, and/or multi‑location businesses.
  • Proven success in a solution‑based sales role (Digital Advertising, Digital Media, SaaS preferred).
  • Strong ability to use performance metrics to set goals and drive sales strategies.
  • Excellent technical skills with proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated expertise engaging C‑level decision‑makers and closing sales deals valued at $20K or more.
  • A proven track record in managing sales pipelines, adapting strategies based on feedback, and collaborating as a team player.
