Assistant Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. In this role, you will train, coach, and lead the In-Store Marketing Team while also taking on in-store sales responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and lead the In-Store Marketing Team at The Home Depot to educate customers on the Cabinet Makeover and generate quality leads for in-home designs.
• Split your time between in-store sales (half of the week) and supporting the East & Detroit Michigan marketing team.
• Conduct team calls, perform on-site check-ins, mentor staff, and drive overall lead generation while ensuring team success.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

• Lead generation experience (3 years)
• Sales experience (5 years)
• Management experience (5 years)
