Entry Level Vehicle Service Specialist

Position Overview

You’ll be trained in automotive services such as changing oil, inspecting/replacing lights and wipers, checking/filling vehicle fluids, and basic maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication services, and basic maintenance (e.g. tire rotations, fluid level checks).
• Inspect vehicles for issues and determine areas that require attention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following strict safety protocols.
• Inspect and replace car lights, wipers, engine air filters, and cabin air filters.
• Add oil and fluids per manufacturer specifications and perform tire rotations including removal, rotation, and reinstallation.
• Lubricate necessary chassis/driveline components and service cooling systems and transmissions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and perform second checks to ensure quality service delivery.
• Handle tools in tight areas and transport items up to 50 pounds as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process and achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.
