Position Overview

Baptist Health is hiring a Social Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team. This role plays a key role in elevating the Baptist Health brand and driving meaningful engagement across social media platforms. Through content creation and monitoring, you will help shape public perception, engage audiences, and build loyalty while supporting Baptist Health's mission to improve the health and well-being of communities throughout Northeast Florida. This position is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to manage our online reputation.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including stories, photos, and videos.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members and other departments.
  • Capture content at events, celebrations, VIP visits, and other significant moments.
  • Track performance metrics and share insights to shape future strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of Communication experience
  • 2-3 years of Marketing experience
  • 2-3 years of Social Media experience
  • 2-3 years of Public Relations experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Health Care experience
