Job Description

Position Overview

One Main is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director of Marketing to oversee our largest marketing channel—Digital Marketing. This role demands a strategic leader with expertise in analytics, technology, and customer‑centric design. The Managing Director of Marketing will be responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic direction of our digital marketing channels. This position requires a deep understanding of data analytics, technology, and customer‑focused marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in leading and developing cross‑functional teams comprised of marketing and analytics professionals, as well as partner closely with product management and technology functions. In this role, you will lead, develop and design an industry‑leading new (and former) customer acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with One Main’s business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of marketing and analytics associates.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and customer service teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a quantitative field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in analytics or marketing management.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies and platforms, including digital marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
