In the role of Regional Sales Manager, Federal - Air Force, you will drive significant revenue growth by leading strategic sales engagements and partnering with customers to address critical security challenges.

You will be instrumental in crafting territory plans and deploying the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform while collaborating across internal teams to deliver solutions that secure our customers' environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work closely with internal teams to serve customer needs.
  • Leverage consultative selling skills to establish long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at attaining enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  • Engage in a programmatic approach to generate, develop, and expand your sales territory.
  • Utilize prospect stories to build a compelling value proposition tailored for each account.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends that impact our products and services.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory and attend company-wide meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally within networking and/or security contexts (awareness of SASE technology is a plus).
  • Proven ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners and lead all sales cycle aspects—from prospecting to closing.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. DOD and/or intelligence community.
  • A successful track record in selling complex solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a high-paced environment.
  • Highly competitive, adaptive, and motivated to exceed production goals.
  • Willingness to commute regularly to San Antonio.
  • Active security clearance is preferred but not mandatory.
