Customer Service Opportunities – Hybrid Roles in Texas
Our client, a well-known health insurance provider, is hiring for multiple customer service positions across Texas, with roles available in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen, and Austin. Most positions will be hybrid, offering a mix of remote and onsite work. These roles provide a great opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare industry while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Call Center Representative
- Pay:$16 - $19 per hour
- Experience Required:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Experience with prior authorization or insurance verification preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Requirements for All Positions:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a 7-year background check
- Education verification required
Work Environment:
- Hybrid roles available in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen, and Austin

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
