Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 developers, guiding and coaching them in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to oversee technical solutions across our full stack of front-end, back-end, and middleware platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices and software development/architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of application development experience in programming languages such as Java, Angular, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience with both custom application software development and packaged software implementations.
