Manager, Corporate Strategy

This full-time Manager of Corporate Strategy role—reporting to the AVP of Corporate Strategy and based on-site in Miami, Florida—leads enterprise-wide initiatives that drive long-term growth and value creation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3-5 Senior Analysts and/or Analysts on long-term strategy initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Collaborate closely with the AVP of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership across departments—including the CFO and Executive Committee—to drive strategic change and culture.
• Produce in-depth research and white papers on critical business drivers within the consumer, travel, and hospitality industries.
• Lead consumer research initiatives in collaboration with Consumer Insights to inform both core and broader market strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, including capital allocation, valuation analyses, and creation of a corporate value creation roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 6+ years of capital markets experience including management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
• Proven analytical skills with experience in corporate analytics and industry research.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or CFA.
• Experience with cruise, hotel, airline, restaurant, consumer, or travel/OTA industries.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the hospitality industry.
