Job Description

Position Overview

One of the leading engineering firms. This role assists in the preparation of information and materials for submittals, presentations and proposals, maintains photographic, proposal, and firm credential files, participates in developing brochure materials and team presentations, coordinates marketing functions and special events, and may act as the client contact for current projects and new business accounts. Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of information and materials for submittals, presentations and proposals.
  • Maintains photographic, proposal, and firm credential files.
  • Participates in the development of brochure materials and preparation for team presentations.
  • Assists in the coordination of marketing functions/special events.
  • May act as client contact for current project and new business accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position (zero to two years of professional experience).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task.
