Entry-Level Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and support when engaging with prospective customers in an in-person setting
• Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence to close sales, build trust and brand loyalty
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of our client’s products and services as well as industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
• Address and answer all customer questions and concerns and provide additional information or support
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and order requests
• Relay customer feedback to the Entry-Level Sales Representative team to improve the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or experience as an Entry-Level Sales Representative is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate with consumers effectively in a direct setting
• A proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges confidently
• A passion for sales and learning from other Entry-Level Sales Representative team members
