The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven sales representatives to help protect families nationwide with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This role offers the opportunity to work from home on a commission based structure with uncapped commission paid daily.

Depending on the commitment, you can join as a Part-Time Agent (15–20 hours per week with potential earnings of $30,000–$60,000+ in the first year) or a Full-Time Agent (30–35 hours per week with potential earnings of $80,000–$180,000+ in the first year). Agency Owners can even generate a system-driven income of $200,000–$500,000+ per year. Additionally, there is the opportunity to build your own team and obtain contractual ownership of your agency, enabling the creation of a passive income and a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
