Please note: You will be working on a variable reduced hour schedule (40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours based on business needs) and may start or end outside of typical business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and fellow advisors via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product/service inquiries, and technical support (e.g., navigating pharmacy.amazon.com).
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction builds a long-term customer relationship.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking ownership from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed.
- Provide best-in-class service in a fast-paced environment while upholding customer privacy and safety per the company's Work From Home policy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance, copays, and shipping needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
