As the Head of the Marketing Department for Landmark, the Director of Product Marketing plays a critical role in setting the marketing direction of the company. Landmark is seeking an E&P thought leader to understand market and customer preferences, while developing and executing marketing plans, product branding initiatives, digital marketing, and organizing key events.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key stakeholder in ensuring superior customer experience by understanding and optimizing the customer journey.
- Develop and implement product marketing campaigns to improve product positioning in the market.
- Create partner ecosystem marketing campaigns to showcase the ecosystem’s impact on customers.
- Orchestrate Landmark Innovation Forum and Expo and maintain presence at industry events such as IMAGE, EAGE, and SPE.
- Drive thought leadership by organizing speaking engagements and coordinating paper publications at conferences.
- Direct and oversee the marketing budget including the expansion of the marketing team.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to drive customer insights and validate business objectives.
- Lead and manage the Landmark marketing team and collaborate with the corporate marketing team.
- Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other executives to execute the company’s vision and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a CMO or in a similar role in product marketing for large to mid-size software or industrial companies with a software offering.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills with a proven track record in organizing industry events and managing customer surveys.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing techniques and market trends, specifically for software in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with large data sets and communicate data-driven insights.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Direct experience with the oil and gas or oilfield service industry is a must.
- Educational background in engineering or science.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus.
- Specialized oil and gas training is a plus.
