Position Overview

StemWave is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. We develop revolutionary technology that transforms traditional healthcare through focused acoustic waves, alleviating pain and activating natural healing. Based in Boston with a remote opportunity, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and fueling revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals and upsell opportunities by proactively managing client relationships.
  • Lead B2B/B2C sales efforts to expand our client base and grow recurring revenue.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Onboard new clients and coordinate device deployment, setup, and training.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints to strengthen relationships and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide world-class service and refine engagement strategies for sustained success.
  • Educate providers on the Platinum Provider Program, ensuring they access a 20% discount on consumables.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and track program performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Client Success and B2B/B2C sales within a subscription-based environment.
  • Exceptional track record in sales and client renewals.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), Zoom, Google Apps, and Slack.
  • Strong knowledge of key CS metrics such as LTV, MRR, Churn, and renewals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in the medical device industry or in orthopedics/chiropractic care is a plus.
  • A passion for healthcare and technology.

  • Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 USD per year, with OTE: $72k - $75k/year including bonuses & incentives.
