Responsibilities of Warehouse Team Member:

• Select, pack, and prepare customer orders carefully and correctly
• Utilize handheld RF scanning devices to maintain precise inventory records and follow warehouse system guidelines
• Move and position merchandise securely for outgoing shipments in a high-energy warehouse setting
• Comply with standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, damage-free order fulfillment
• Keep workstations orderly while consistently meeting performance and accuracy targets

Qualifications of Warehouse Team Member:

• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions with sound judgment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
